BALLOTS FOR LOT 502 AMENDMENT

Dear Homeowners … Thank you to everyone who has turned in their ballot so far. But we are still 4 votes shy of reaching the 51% approval needed to pass this amendment to our Master Deed to make Lot 502 a common element … so please vote!

For your convenience, there are blank ballots and envelopes in the plastic bin located in the Laundry Room. Please do not leave your completed ballot in the plastic bin. There is a black “locked” mailbox located on the wall outside the Laundry Room. Please place your completed ballot in a sealed envelope and drop it in the mailbox slot. The Board will periodically collect the envelopes and send them as a group to Property Management Consultants. Or feel free to mail it yourself to PMC at 15 N. Shore Road, Marmora, NJ 08223 or email it to [email protected]
