WATER UPDATE (as of Friday, March 22)

Dear Homeowners ...

The water is ON.  We have not experienced any significant issues during the past week so we feel comfortable posting that the water is on and available for your use.

As you connect the water to your trailer, please run the spigot for a minute or two to clear any dirt or rust from the line.  Also, please check for leaks in your hose and the water lines to your trailer that may have occurred over the winter months.

If you see (or hear) any leaks in the community, please call Property Management at 609-390-0300 as they have 24 x 7 phone coverage.  As more and more homeowners connect to the system, we may find some leaks that weren't initially visible.  If the water needs to be turned off for repairs, we will send text message alerts.

If you have any questions about the water or spring start-up, please reach out to the Board at [email protected]. Also note that the Bathhouse is open and available for your use.
