WATER START-UP

Dear Homeowners ...

​We have our external vendor in today to service and start-up our water filters for the season. Water may be on PERIODICALLY later today and over the next few days as Maintenance bleeds air out of the lines and looks for leaks in the risers. They will also be looking for any underground leaks that may take several days to appear.

Please note that water may be on and off the next few days as we complete the start-up process. We will not be sending text messages for those outages. Maintenance will simply be shutting the water off on an as-needed basis. And if a serious leak is identified, the water may be turned off for the evening so the repair can be completed the next day.

If you see a puddle, unusually wet ground, or notice a riser leaking, please contact Property Management at 609-390-0300 as soon as possible. (They have 24-hr phone coverage with their after hours emergency number.) They in turn will relay the message to the Board and/or Maintenance.

We will post an additional update when the water is officially turned on for the season.
