​UPDATE ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND BATHROOM INCIDENTS

Dear Homeowners -- As previously reported, we had several incidents in the Bathhouse over the Memorial Day Weekend.  The cameras in the hallway were reviewed to see if we could identify who was responsible for them.  However, the amount of activity in and out of the Bathhouse over the weekend (and no specific time frames) made it virtually impossible to determine who the culprits were.  

Some of the things we did see were unexpected and rather surprising, to say the least. The Board felt that everyone should be made aware of them as well.  On several occasions, we saw couples entering the hallway, one would stand guard while the other checked the bathroom, and then we saw both going into either the women's or men's room, apparently to shower together.  There was also some similar activity in the Laundry Room.  

When homeowners and their guests use our bathrooms (and laundry room), there is an expectation of decency, proper behavior, and respect for the other adults and children in our community that also use our facilities.  These are public spaces, not your private homes.  PLEASE be sure to let the teens and young adults in your household,  and those who come as your guests, that this is inappropriate behavior.
