Trash collection services

Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Just a friendly reminder that our trash collection services are for household trash and recyclables.
We recently had to spend over $1500 to dispose of bulk items left at the dumpsters including indoor/outdoor furniture, broken picnic tables, lumber from what appeared to be part of an old deck, and construction debris.
The board is focused on cost containment and minimizing any fee increases, but we cannot be successful without your help.
Please arrange to either bring your bulk disposals to the CMCMUA or bring them home with you to dispose of. If it is furniture that is in reasonable condition, please consider donating it to Habitat for Humanity. They will even pick it up on site for free. Leaving these items at our dumpsters will cost all of us money.
Larger recyclable metal items may be left next to the metal shed behind the Maintenance Building.
