Thank you to all the homeowners and family members who joined us for "Coffee with the Board" on Saturday.  We hope you enjoyed seeing your friends and neighbors ... and asking the Board some candid questions.  We would like to make this an annual event to kick-off the season.

We are still looking for homeowners to join our various committees -- Mail, Pool, Boat Yard, Safety, Bylaws, Entertainment/Activities, Environmental/Beautification, and Adopt-A-Road.  A brief description of each is attached.  If you have any interest (even on a casual basis), please email the Board at [email protected].  We are hoping our committees will help our Condo Association accomplish more things and develop more community involvement.

On a side note:  As you know, we only have one permanent person on our Maintenance staff and one homeowner helping on a temporary, part-time basis.  We've been advertising for both a full time maintenance person as well as a pool attendant for a few hours each morning Friday through Monday.  But we haven't had any luck ... and are suffering with the same labor issues as most of the local businesses.  If you have a high school or college student interested in helping us clean and open the pool, especially on weekends, please let us know.
