Spring Leaf Cleanup Service

Dear Homeowners ... 

Since we currently have 2 Maintenance employees, we are offering a Leaf Cleanup Service (which was last offered 6 years ago in 2018). 

A few guidelines ...

• Requests for leaf cleanup should be sent to the Board email address "[email protected]" and must be made no later than April 15th to enable us to schedule you.
• Payment must be received by Property Management Consultants prior to scheduling the work on your lot. Their address is: 15 N. Shore Road, Marmora, NJ 08223
• Checks should be made payable to "Old Stagecoach Campground". Please note "Leaf Cleanup" and your lot number in the memo portion of your check.

​The COSTS** ...

• $100.00 -- Lots UNDER 3700 square feet (most of the Community)
• $150.00 -- Lots OVER 3700 square feet (excluding Lots 31-37) as follows:Lots 2, 3, 4, 41, 106, 107, 205, 1100, 1101
• $200.00 -- Lots 31-37

We hope this service will be helpful for those homeowners unable to clear the leaves themselves or those unable to get down to their property prior to the May 6th deadline for leaf cleanup.

** Note: As previously stated, leaves not cleared by the May 6th deadline will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee ($150.00, $200.00, and $250.00, respectively) for leaf cleanup as we want to utilize maintenance's time in May to get the pool ready for opening on Memorial Day Weekend, not to clear leaves.
