REMINDER: LAST WEEKEND TO CLEAR YOUR LEAVES!

Dear Homeowners ... 

Monday, May 6th is the deadline for placing leaves curbside this year. After that date, all leaves must be bagged.  (Paper bags please. Leaves can also be placed behind the dumpsters.)

Maintenance will not be bringing out the leaf vac to pick up leaves from one or two locations. Letters will also be mailed to homeowners who have not cleared their lots. The Board will then assign someone to clear your lot and the homeowner will be required to pay the cost of the cleanup. The charge for cleanup will be $150.00 per lot under 3700 sq. feet and $200.00 per lot over 3700 sq. feet not including Lots 31-37 which will cost $250.00. There will be no recourse available after the letters are mailed and you will be required to pay the cleanup costs.
