Dear Homeowners … At our Annual Meeting and via our Board email, a number of homeowners have expressed concern over the condition of several properties within our community. Due to homeowners being out of work due to Covid or not wanting to come down due to Covid concerns, we have been remiss in sending letters to homeowners who have not maintained their property.
Per our Bylaws, all sites shall be well maintained and free of trash and debris. Leaves shall be cleared from lots by mid-May of each year with the exact date specified by the Board of Trustees at the beginning of each calendar year. All units shall have skirting around the bottom of the mobile home and all lots shall be covered with landscaping stone. If you need help maintaining your property, please email the Board at [email protected]. We can reach out to other homeowners who are willing to help or contract with a local landscaping service.
