Dear Homeowners … We will be testing TEXT MESSAGING today with the 95 homeowners and family members that have turned in their OPT-IN Forms. This communication platform will only be used to communicate emergency water shut offs, power outages, and other emergencies within our community. These messages will be sent through a messaging application with a number dedicated to OSC. Please add 1-833-803-4533 to your phone contact list so you know the source of the message especially if you have any Spam software on your phone. There is a fee for this service; therefore, testing will be limited. We have also limited each household to two (2) numbers due to the fees. Please DO NOT REPLY to this message (or future messages) as there is a fee for inbound messages as well as our outbound messages. However, if you thought you should be receiving a text message and you don't receive one by the end of the day today, please email your name, phone, and lot number to the Board email account noted below so we can verify that we've received your Opt-In Form and have added you correctly to our text message distribution list. If you have not yet completed your Opt-In Form and wish to receive these messages, please do so and return it to Property Management Consultants, 15 N.
