OSC No Smoking Policy Clarification

​Dear Homeowners ... A letter was sent to homeowners on April 25, 2021 outlining the New OSC No Smoking Policy. This new policy prohibits marijuana smoking in ALL our common areas which includes the pool, playground, roads, common lots, boat yard, and beach area. Additionally, there is no smoking of tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, and pipes) or using vapes or smokeless tobacco devices in or around the pool area or the playground.
