OSC Annual Meeting - Saturday, August 26 @ 10:00am

Dear Old Stagecoach Homeowners,
 
The Annual Membership Meeting for Old Stagecoach has been scheduled for Saturday, 
August 26, 2023 at 10:00am.  It will be held at the Log Cabin Community Center.  
 
In addition to the in-person meeting, we are providing information for a Zoom call to allow homeowners not onsite that Saturday to attend the meeting.  Listed below this letter is specific information for accessing the Zoom call.  PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a computer to join the call.  In addition to accessing the Zoom call via your computer, the meeting can also be accessed from your phone by simply calling one of the numbers provided and following the prompts to enter the meeting id and passcode provided. 
 
As of 4:00pm on July 7, 2023, only the five current Board members and two Alternates had submitted their nominations for the Board of Trustees.  Since the number of nominees is in line with our Bylaws, they are running unopposed; therefore, no formal election is required.  All nominees will be automatically appointed to the Board of Trustees for the 2023-2024 season effective at the close of the Annual Meeting as follows:
