NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Old Stagecoach Campground Condominium Association will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2023
to consider the following business:
 

• Review purchasing a tractor vs. renting each year
• Discuss tractor pros and cons of one brand/model over another
• Review financing options, yearly costs, and insurance concerns
• Formally vote to purchase a tractor for Old Stagecoach
• Review next steps

 
The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.  Zoom meeting credentials are included on the enclosed sheet and will also be posted on the OSC Condo Information Facebook page, the oldstagecoachresort.com website, and emailed to those on our OSC Homeowner Distribution list along with this notice.  Note:  If you wish to have the Zoom link emailed to you but are not part of our email distribution list, please email the Board at [email protected] no later than Tuesday, April 25th with your request.
 
We will be presenting information via a screen share through the Zoom link and it will be best viewed on a laptop or desktop computer.  
 
Association members wishing to attend will need to provide their full name and lot/house number when they join the meeting.  Members may listen to the discussion but may not participate in the meeting or vote on the issue at hand.
