NEW RECYCLING VENDOR & DUMPSTERS

Dear Homeowners,

​Middle Township has ended their contract with Gold Medal Recycling and contracted with a new company (Pinelands Construction & Recycling) as of January 1, 2025.

As a result, we have 2 new recycling dumpsters in our Maintenance Yard. They are GREEN and smaller than the trash dumpsters (instead of the red recycling dumpsters you were used to seeing from Gold Medal). And we have 2 red recycling dumpsters that OSC owns.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN BRINGING TRASH AND RECYCLING UP TO THE MAINTENANCE AREA. PLEASE DO NOT INADVERTENTLY PUT YOUR TRASH IN THE SMALLER GREEN RECYCLING DUMPSTERS!

NOTE: Please do not place your recycling in plastic bags. Pinelands has been very clear in their notices that recycling must be loose in the containers.
