MIDDLE TWP COMMITTEE MEETING RESCHEDULED -- Wed, October 5 at 6:00pm

Unfortunately, the Township Meeting originally scheduled for today, Monday, October 3rd was rescheduled for Wednesday, October 5th at 6:00pm.  WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION BEFORE HAND.Several Board Members (and homeowners) drove down this afternoon to attend and present our position on the building code changes, only to find a sign on the Municipal Building door that today's meeting was rescheduled. There was no special notice on the Township website ... just a date change on the calendar. Even more disheartening, the Association's lawyer had just spoken to the Township Solicitor last Thursday. We are assuming that the date change was made sometime over the weekend given the residual rain, wind, high tides, and flooding from Ian.

Board Members are planning to return to OSC on Wednesday to attend the meeting, but we will be calling the Township offices during the day to verify the meeting is still on the calendar (before driving down).
