​MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY? HAVE YOU CHECKED WITH THE BOARD?

Dear Homeowners ... We wanted to send a quick reminder that you live in a Condo Association and any changes to the outside of your property such as a new deck, platform for your gazebo, new shed, a fence, etc. ... ALL need to be approved by the Board prior to reaching out to Middle Township for a permit (if needed).  Property lines and setbacks need to be taken into consideration as well as township regulations and the Association's need to reach all water and sewer lines throughout the community.  Our current bylaws specify split-rail fences only and the posts cannot be concreted into the ground to facilitate removal should the Association ever need to get equipment on to your lot.  Decks and platforms cannot be placed on concrete footings per the Township's most current construction code and they must be built in sections to facilitate removal.  These are just a few of the considerations before you make any purchases or engage a contractor.  Please reach out to the Board at [email protected] and we can guide you in the right direction.
