Leaf Pick Up

LEAF PICKUP … Dear Homeowners ... As you may have noticed, leaf pickup has been slow this spring. Our leaf machine has broken down for the 3rd time and is out for repair this weekend. Our maintenance team is trying alternatives and have been using a small front loader. However, work is slower. At this point, homeowners may bag leaves if they choose and leave them at the "curb" for pickup. Large paper leaf bags are preferred and are in stock at our local Home Depot for $2.67 / 5 pack.
In addition to picking up leaves from homeowners, we have also been required by the NJ Division of Fish & Wildlife to clear the leaves behind the trash dumpsters as this is partially on the Wildlife Refuge which we border. We will have a dumpster in for LEAVES ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING OTHER THAN LEAVES IN THESE SPECIAL DUMPSTERS AS OUR DUMP FEE WILL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY IF TRASH, BRANCHES, OR EVEN WEEDS AND DEAD PLANTS ARE MIXED IN.
