Dear Homeowners, Our Maintenance Staff will be starting tomorrow, Monday, March 10th, and their first order of business will be clearing leaves from our Community. As you rake or blow your own leaves to the "curb" over the next 2 months, please be sure to review the attached Leaf Cleanup Guidelines. Take care not to rake too many rocks or shells in with your leaves and remove any branches. (Branches should be piled separately.) All of these can severely damage our vacuum hose. If you choose to bag your leaves, please use paper (not plastic) bags. Sunday, May 4th is the last day to place leaves "curbside" this year. We will be offering Leaf Cleanup Services through our Maintenance Staff again this year. Prices range from $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the size of your lot. See attached flyer for details.
