​LEAF CLEANUP – by Monday, May 1st

Yes … it’s that time of year again … leaf cleanup.  Leaves can be blown or raked to the “curb” or placed in paper leaf bags for pickup.  (No plastic, please.)  
 
Please note:  If  your leaves contain too many stones, maintenance will leave a note and you will need to bag your leaves.  The stones damage the impeller and shoot on the leaf vacuum. Repairs this spring cost the association $1000.
 
If you need additional time to clear your leaves, please let us know.  But, bear in mind that you will need to bag your leaves after May 1st.
 
If your leaves have not been cleared and you have not reached out to the Board, someone will be assigned to clear your lot and you will be charged accordingly.
