​LAUNDRY ROOM UPDATE

Sometime in September, Caleco, the vendor for our laundry equipment, will be making a change to how you pay to use the washers and dryers.  They will be converting the existing equipment to a new system that will allow payment via credit/debit cards and a mobile app in addition to laundry cards.  The existing laundry cards and card machine will also be replaced with newer technology.  So what happens if you have a balance on your current laundry card?  Caleco will give everyone an opportunity to move those dollars to a new card or obtain a refund.  More details to come on exactly how that process will work.  They will also provide us with a supply of new cards to distribute to our homeowners free of charge.  In the meantime, you may not want to keep a large balance on your laundry card.
