ICY and COLD Weekend!

Given the snow that's still on ground, some of the melting that has occurred during the day today, and the extreme cold this weekend, we would like to strongly discourage anyone from coming down to check your homes this weekend.  And if you do, please be careful. While some areas that received a lot of sun look clear, many of the side roads, the parking on the pool side of the bathhouse, and the maintenance yard are EXTREMELY icy.  The access road is plowed but it is a single lane and there are very icy patches.  The stoned side roads are difficult to navigate and again anywhere that water has accumulated will soon be ice (if not already).  Four-wheel or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended.  Even walking from your vehicle to the front door of your home can be a challenge if there is ice on top of the remaining snow.

Winter Security has been keeping tabs on things in the community ... so as of today, all is good.  Very high winds are also anticipated this weekend. We'll keep you informed if any issues occur.

Next weekend might be a better choice since the temps will be in the 30's! (Heat wave!)
