FALL INSPECTION BY MIDDLE TOWNSHIP

Dear Homeowners -- At the beginning of the season and periodically throughout the season, the Middle Township Health Department inspects our facilities.  During the summer months, they focus on our pool.  Our last full facility inspection was on September 19th.  While the overall inspection was deemed "satisfactory", the inspector did have a few observations that she asked us to pass along to our homeowners.

• Most importantly, ALL UNITS MUST HAVE IDENTIFICATION.  Please be sure your lot number is clearly posted on your electrical pedestal or on your trailer itself.
• Remove any construction debris or old wood from your property to avoid creating a home for mice and other rodents.
• Ensure that all propane tanks are secured either to your trailer, your grill, or in some type of holder.  In addition, all propane tanks must be capped, i.e. a plastic (or metal) dust cover must be on the hose connector to keep dust, dirt, and water from collecting and potentially getting into your propane line.

As you prepare to close your unit for the winter, please be sure that all debris has been removed from your lot and your propane tanks are being stored properly.
