Yes ... there was a water shut off today for repairs.  Were you notified via a text message?

This year, the Board invested in a low cost text messaging service to alert our homeowners to water shutoffs, power outages, and widespread sewer issues.  Many homeowners let us know that they never heard the horn indicating that the water was going to be turned off for a repair.  We've had many homeowners sign up for the service ... but not everyone.

If you're interested, you must fill out and sign an "Opt In Form" and return it to a Board member or Property Management.  There are blank forms in one of the mail bins located in the Laundry Room ... or you can download a form from this website or our Facebook page "OSC Condo Information".

Please note that we only send "emergency" messages.  We will not be texting you about events or meetings.  That information will be disseminated through our other communication channels.

By the way, the repair has been completed and the water is back on for everyone.
