Contractors Working in the Off Season?

Dear Homeowners,

Are you having a contractor do work for you during the fall and winter? If so, please remember that you are responsible for unlocking and relocking the gate for them.

ALSO -- If your contractor has a crew that will be arriving in a separate vehicle, PLEASE have him/her ask the crew not to wait for their supervisor on the road that goes through the farm. We received a complaint from the owner of A&C Septic that his workers were unable to enter and exit around 8:00am one morning as a roofing crew was waiting along the road. The crew did not speak English and had no idea what to do when asked to move. If the crew needs to wait, please have them pull all the way into our community and wait at the Log Cabin.
