We will be using the leaf vacuum on a limited basis for the last 2 weeks of October if you are planning to clear leaves from your property. Outside that window, you are welcome to bag leaves (paper only please) and place them directly behind the trash dumpsters. Leaf pickup will resume at the end of March. If you would like your leaves picked up at the "curb" by our Leaf Vac, you will need to rake or blow them there by Sunday evening, May 4th. The week of May 5th will be the last week that Maintenance will be using the Leaf Vac. NOTE: You can still bag your leaves for pickup. Paper leaf bags only, please! All leaves must be cleared from properties by the end of the Memorial Day weekend. Afterwards, Maintenance will clear your lot and you will be charged as follows: Cleanup will be $150.00 per lot under 3700 sq. feet and $200.00 per lot over 3700 sq. feet not including Lots 31-37 which will cost $250.00. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Just a quick reminder that leaves need to be raked or blown to the "curb" by Sunday, May 4th for pickup by our leaf vacuum that week. After May 4th, you will need to bag your leaves (paper bags only please).

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the Board at [email protected] Dear Homeowners, Our Maintenance Staff will be starting tomorrow, Monday, March 10th, and their first order of business will be clearing leaves from our Community. As you rake or blow your own leaves to the "curb" over the next 2 months, please be sure to review the attached Leaf Cleanup Guidelines. Take care not to rake too many rocks or shells in with your leaves and remove any branches. (Branches should be piled separately.) All of these can severely damage our vacuum hose. If you choose to bag your leaves, please use paper (not plastic) bags. Sunday, May 4th is the last day to place leaves "curbside" this year. We will be offering Leaf Cleanup Services through our Maintenance Staff again this year. Prices range from $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the size of your lot. See attached flyer for details. If you're down this weekend (October 26/27) and want to rake your leaves to the "curb", you're in luck. We'll have limited pickup with our leaf vac the week of October 28. For all other times, you can continue to bag your leaves in PAPER leaf bags and bring them to the Maintenance area. Bags can be placed behind the green dumpsters. No plastic bags please! Leaf collection will be very limited for the remainder of October. As of Wednesday, we are down to one Maintenance employee working limited hours and she cannot run the leaf vacuum alone. If you wish to rake the leaves on your lot, please bag them in paper leaf bags. You can leave them "at the curb" or place them behind the dumpsters in the Maintenance Yard. Leaf bags will NOT be picked up after Monday, October 28th. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Someone placed branches on the top of our leaf dumpster in the last 24 hours ... which is a problem for several reasons.

Monday, May 6th is the deadline for placing leaves curbside this year. After that date, all leaves must be bagged. (Paper bags please. Leaves can also be placed behind the dumpsters.) Maintenance will not be bringing out the leaf vac to pick up leaves from one or two locations. Letters will also be mailed to homeowners who have not cleared their lots. The Board will then assign someone to clear your lot and the homeowner will be required to pay the cost of the cleanup. The charge for cleanup will be $150.00 per lot under 3700 sq. feet and $200.00 per lot over 3700 sq. feet not including Lots 31-37 which will cost $250.00.
