Thank you to our Event Coordinator for the day, Kurt, for getting the day organized! And to Jimmy Mulholland for getting the kids (and some of the adults) moving in all different directions! We also wanted to thank everyone who grilled hot dogs, cooked and brought food for the potluck, sold raffle tickets, and played tunes! Great job! Here are some pics of the afternoon games! Big news, everyone! This year’s 4th of July party is happening at The Cabin and we’ve got an amazing lineup planned for the whole family, so clear your schedules and get ready to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday. Come out for the food, hang out for the huge sports-themed inflatable games for the kids (and competitive adults)! 50/50 Cash Raffle: Try your luck! Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. After-Dark Beats: Stick around because the DJ starts dropping tracks at 7:00 PM! Bring your festive spirit, and your appetite. Let's make this an unforgettable Independence Day! RED, WHITE, AND FOOD! Our 4th of July Kick-Off Celebration at the cabin is just around the corner, and we need your delicious help to complete the feast! We are firing up the grill for hot dogs, but a true summer celebration isn't complete without the ultimate sides and sweets. We are looking for a few awesome volunteers to bring along some refreshing salads and mouth-watering treats! THE DETAILS: When: July 4th, 1:00 PM Sharp! Where: The Cabin WHAT WE NEED: Fresh Cold Salads: Think potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, or your own signature chilled green/fruit salad! (Please keep them cool and covered!) Sweet Desserts: Cakes, cupcakes, chilled pies, puddings, Jell-O, or any sweet treat you love to make (or buy)! Let’s make this a fun community feast to remember! ... at the Log Cabin Sixers playoff and Phillies game -- Friday, May 8th starting @ 6:30pm Flyers playoff and Phillies game -- Sat, May 9th @ 6:00pm 2 NIGHTS -- 2 TVs -- BYO SNACKS and DRINKS 🙂  Bring your snacks and drinks! 😁  Join us for the last event of the year at the Log Cabin on Sunday, Oct 19th at 9:00am for a pregame tailgate leading up to the kickoff at 1:00pm. This will be a potluck also so bring your own snacks and drinks! Grill will be available at 9:00am for those who want to hang out and do a little BBQ!  Watching the Phillies (two nights) ... Listening to DJ Tommy T ... And some wild gaming with Left Center Right ... Hope you all enjoyed the "unofficial" end of summer with the activities sponsored by several of our homeowners this past weekend! Thanks to our homeowners and volunteers (Kurt, Tina, Tom, Amy, Betty Ann, and anyone we missed) who helped set up the events ... and everyone who helped break things down when the nights were over!  Bring your family and friends and join us this Saturday outside the Log Cabin for some good music and maybe some dancing! (Or head inside for the Phillies Game!)
The music starts around 6:00pm. DJ Tommy T from Cruising 92.1 and Famous 56 Boss Radio will be broadcasting “Live from OSC” from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. And the music will continue into the night. BYOB and BYO snacks ... We could also use your help setting up tables and chairs inside and outside the Log Cabin before both events. See you there ... |
