Dear Homeowners ...
Our Maintenance personnel reported some disgusting behavior that occurred today and Monday in the Women's Bathroom. Not only did someone not flush the toilet after a bowel movement, they threw the toilet paper they used to wipe themselves on the floor. And also left a large pile of spit on the floor in front of the toilet! An occasional unflushed toilet happens ... but used toilet paper and spit on the floor is simply not acceptable. Our Maintenance crew does a tremendous job keeping our community looking beautiful ... but they should not have to do this type of cleanup. Please remember that the Bathhouse belongs to all of us at Old Stagecoach and it should be treated as you would treat a bathroom in your own home. If a child requires help, go with them into the bathroom. If an adult is not feeling well, you may want to accompany them as well to make sure they are ok. Thank you all for your cooperation in this matter and helping to keep Old Stagecoach looking great! PS ... And if you see something that doesn't look quite right, say something. Sincerely, OSC Board The new washers and dryers have been tested and the Laundry Room has been cleaned. There are now 3 top loaders for larger loads as well as 2 new front loaders. There is also an extra dryer stack ... giving a total of 6 new dryers. Please stop in to check out the new equipment!  Dear Homeowners ...
Our vendor, CALECO, was in this week to connect and start-up our machines. They do have to make some minor repairs to a connector and dial, but looks like we are good to go. If you have any issues with either the washers or the dryers, please contact CALECO directly. Their number should be posted in the Laundry Room. We do not do any maintenance their equipment ... just the room itself. Happy Washing and Drying! OSC Board Dear Homeowners ... We will be closing the entire bathhouse (Men's Room, Ladies' Room, and Laundry Room) Thursday morning, June 1st to scope and clean out the sewer lines. (We had a drain back up in the Ladies' Room over the weekend so we want to be proactive and prevent a recurrence.)
Our apologies for any inconvenience. Dear Homeowners ... The Laundry Room and both Bathrooms will be closed all day tomorrow, Thursday, May 11th, to paint the hallway. Please do not walk through the area.
