Dear Homeowners ...
Per Article V, Section 1 of our current Bylaws, "the Officers of the Association shall be a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, who shall be elected annually by the Board of Trustees from among its Trustees at the organization of each new Board of Trustees". To that end, the five (5) Trustees met immediately after the Annual Meeting to elect the officers for the upcoming 2025-2026 term. The three (3) Alternates were included for their input but did not have a vote. The results of the election were as follows: Board President: Debbie Rodia Board Secretary: Kathie Lang Board Treasurer: Amy Stallbaum Trustees: Anthony Forlenza and Kurt Reinert Alternates: Terri Ellis, Lucy Myers, and Tammy Woods Thank you in advance for your support as we all begin our new term. Dear Homeowners ... As you heard at Saturday's meeting, we only received a copy of the Annual Financial Audit from our accountant on Friday. We made a few copies to have on hand at the meeting, but didn't have enough copies to distribute to everyone who was present. Attached you will find a copy of the audit for your review. Since no homeowners submitted their names for nomination to the Board, the current Board members are running unopposed and an election is not required.
