... at the Log Cabin Sixers playoff and Phillies game -- Friday, May 8th starting @ 6:30pm Flyers playoff and Phillies game -- Sat, May 9th @ 6:00pm 2 NIGHTS -- 2 TVs -- BYO SNACKS and DRINKS 🙂  Dear Homeowners ... We’re looking to hire a high school/college student or young adult in our community that might be interested in vacuuming and testing the pool and cleaning/straightening the pool deck on weekends and possibly up to 4 mornings a week (Friday-Monday) 8:00am to 10:00am. Yes … this is a paid position ($16.00/hour). Applicant must be 16 yrs old by Friday, May 22nd. There will be additional duties such as watering the plants, checking/opening the game room, and possibly checking/refilling the paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms. (You will not be expected to clean the bathrooms.) Please email the Board at [email protected] if you have an interested candidate. Just a quick reminder if you're using the payment plan for your Association Dues. Your final payment is due on Friday, May 1st. A copy of the OSC dues invoice is attached for your reference. Note: Full payment is due on or before May 1 this year to avoid late fees. Thanks in advance for making your payment.
Consider donating any table games to Old Stagecoach for our Game Room. We're also collecting any board games you no longer want. Please email the Board at [email protected] if you have any donations. See flyer for additional details. THANKS in advance for your help!  For those that may not have noticed, the "No Campfires" sign is down. Members of the Board did a walk/ride through our community on Friday and noted that leaf piles that were present throughout our Community had been cleared by Maintenance and felt it was time to remove the No Campfires sign. However, we ask that you use discretion and CAUTION when starting a fire on your property. Some homeowners have not yet been down to clear their leaves and Maintenance is still working on some of the common areas as well as homeowners who have paid to have their leaves cleared. We also received our campfire permit from the Forest Fire Service last week ... and it clearly states that a campfire cannot be larger than 2.5 ft x 2.5 ft x 2 ft. in our community.
