Bulk Trash Reminder

Dear Homeowners ...

Waste Management was in earlier this month (prior to our regular weekly service starting in April) to empty our 3 trash dumpsters after the winter.  As of early this week, those 3 dumpsters are almost full again and there have only been a handful of homeowners in the community.

PLEASE NOTE ... Our dumpsters are meant for HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY.  Bulk trash cannot be placed in our community trash dumpsters.  No furniture, mattresses, appliances, old TVs, or any other electronics.  No bulk trash from shed or trailer clean outs.  If you or a contractor are doing work in or outside your trailer, please do not place any construction debris in our trash.  Contractors are responsible for trash removal and removal should be quoted in the contract.  And, you are responsible for disposing of any bulk items or construction debris at the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority Transfer Station on Shunpike.  You can check their website for hours and disposal guidelines.
