Dear Old Stagecoach Homeowner, As you are aware, the U.S. Postal Service has been experiencing issues with late and stolen mail. Several of you have had missing checks for dues and boat yard payments this past year. And others have had checks arrive late. We are happy to report that Property Management Consultants (PMC) can now accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments for your yearly Association Dues and your Boat Yard Fees. There is no charge for this service. (Note: PMC cannot accept credit card payments at this time.) ACH payments are electronic, bank-to-bank money transfers processed through the Automated Clearing House Network. They are convenient, quick, and much safer than sending a paper check through the mail and can help you avoid missed payments and late fees. You may already be using ACH transfers without even realizing it by getting your pay through direct deposit or paying your bills online through your bank account. This form of payment has become a prevalent practice in the banking world. You can choose to make monthly payments or have the entire amount deducted from your bank account in a single transaction. Monthly payments will be deducted from your designated account on the 10th of each month (February, March, April, and May ) or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday if you choose that option. If you choose to have the full amount of your dues deducted at one time, it will occur on May 10th or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday. NOTE: Boat yard fees will be deducted in May regardless of whether you choose a single deduction or monthly payments for your Association dues. PMC can add you to their system by filling out the enclosed form. If you choose to use this service, completing and returning the form as soon as possible will ensure you are setup prior the first payment in February 2024. You can either email or mail the completed form to them. If the deduction will be made from a checking account, you will need to include a copy of a voided check with your form. If you wish to change the linked account on file or terminate your enrollment in ACH, please notify Property Management Consultants in writing to the address below or via email at [email protected]. While recommended, signing up for ACH withdrawals is not required. You can continue to pay your dues with a check and mail it to PMC if you choose.
