Dear Homeowners,
Now that the water is off for the season, you can no longer have campfires when you are down for the weekend or a holiday. The "No Campfires" policy will remain in effect until the water is turned on in the Spring and when the majority of the leaves have been picked up throughout the campground. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. The water has been shut down for the season and winterization activities have begun. The bathhouse will be available for your use and there is also a winter water spigot on the side of the small Log Cabin ... on Cedar across from the 200 block.

Are you having a contractor do work for you during the fall and winter? If so, please remember that you are responsible for unlocking and relocking the gate for them. ALSO -- If your contractor has a crew that will be arriving in a separate vehicle, PLEASE have him/her ask the crew not to wait for their supervisor on the road that goes through the farm. We received a complaint from the owner of A&C Septic that his workers were unable to enter and exit around 8:00am one morning as a roofing crew was waiting along the road. The crew did not speak English and had no idea what to do when asked to move. If the crew needs to wait, please have them pull all the way into our community and wait at the Log Cabin.
