Dear Homeowners -- We've heard that at least one of our homeowners has a key that will not work in the current lock on our winter gate. Please know that the lock on the gate is new but should work with all the existing keys. We took the old lock (which wasn't closing properly) as well as several keys to a local locksmith and had him build a new padlock to match our existing keys. The keys we had worked in both the old and new locks and we also had additional keys made.
If you are down on a weekend, please be sure to try your key. The lock should be on the gate even when it is open. If your key does not work, please send an email to the Board at [email protected] and we will make arrangements to get you a key. Dear Homeowners … We need help from a few homeowners to give Mike a hand with replacing a section of sewer line on the 400 block. This work was deferred to the end of the season to prevent a disruption to homeowners on that block during the summer. Now … we need help digging and getting the pipe in place and reconnected to the homes impacted.
If you’re available to help the weekend of November 6th and 7th, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get all the materials in house. If we don’t have sufficient help, we will need to reschedule.
