If you're down this weekend (October 26/27) and want to rake your leaves to the "curb", you're in luck. We'll have limited pickup with our leaf vac the week of October 28. For all other times, you can continue to bag your leaves in PAPER leaf bags and bring them to the Maintenance area. Bags can be placed behind the green dumpsters. No plastic bags please! Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. The fire danger is VERY HIGH and campfires are prohibited.

With November 1st falling on a Friday, water shutoff and closing activities will begin on Monday, November 4th. This also means the last day for the Laundry Room will be Sunday, November 3rd. If you have any last minute closing activities at your home, you'll have one more weekend to complete them before the water is off for the 2024 season. Please note that beginning the second week of November, the gate will be locked Monday through Friday. It will be opened at noon on Fridays for weekend visits and locked again at 8:00am Monday mornings. The same gate key you were issued in previous years will continue to work. If you are new and were never issued a key to the winter gate lock, please reach out to the Board via their email ... [email protected] ... prior to the end of October. Leaf collection will be very limited for the remainder of October. As of Wednesday, we are down to one Maintenance employee working limited hours and she cannot run the leaf vacuum alone. If you wish to rake the leaves on your lot, please bag them in paper leaf bags. You can leave them "at the curb" or place them behind the dumpsters in the Maintenance Yard. Leaf bags will NOT be picked up after Monday, October 28th. Our apologies for the inconvenience. |
