REVISED LAUNDRY CARD REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

Dear Homeowners … As previously posted, the payment process for our washers and dryers changed on September 30th and the laundry cards you may have in your possession can no longer be used.

If you would like a credit or refund for the remaining balance on your card, you can do the following:

If you plan to use the CALECO CleanMobile app and you have downloaded it to your phone, please fill out the attached form and include the email address your associated with the CleanMobile app. Mail the form along with your laundry card(s) to the address shown on the form. The balance on your card will be credited to your CleanMobile account. This amount will be in addition to the $5.00 bonus balance you will receive for downloading the app. (You do not need to include your mailing address.)
If you don’t plan to use the mobile app and will be paying for the washers/dryers with a debit or credit card, please follow these instructions.
- If you know the card’s balance and it is $2.00 or less, please send a note to Debbie at [email protected] and she will provide a cash refund or start a machine for you. (Of course, this will need to occur next season.)
- If you don’t know the card’s balance or the balance is over $2.00, please fill out the attached form with your mailing address and mail it along with the laundry card(s) to the address shown on the form to request a refund check from CALECO.

Please include your phone number regardless of the refund method in case CALECO has any questions about your card(s) or mobile account.

The instructions for creating an account on the mobile app have been attached to this post as well. The Laundry Room Code for Old Stagecoach is CAL6123.

HELP NEEDED – HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Dear Homeowners – We’re looking for someone with heavy equipment expertise ... or someone who sells the equipment ... or someone with a reliable source that sells heavy equipment who would like to collaborate with the Board.

As most of you know, we rented a front loader this past spring to remove leaves and load them into dumpsters and know we will need to do something similar each year going forward. Given the supply chain issues and tight market for equipment, we wanted to reach out to anyone with knowledge and/or connections to help us look into costs and availability.

FALL LEAF COLLECTION

Dear Homeowners ... Even though we reached out early, we are not able to complete repairs to our leaf machine until mid-November due to labor constraints on the vendor side. If you wish to clean up leaves on your lot prior to closing for the season, please bag them ... paper leaf bags only. You can place the bags on the "curb" for pickup or take them to the trash area. If you take them to the trash area, please place leaf bags in the area marked just to the left of the trash dumpsters. Do not place leaves in the dumpsters or place the bags in front of the dumpsters.

Paper leaf bags are available at our local Home Depot. A 5-pack of 30 gal. bags is only $2.67.
