If not, we wanted to get a picture to you. We received our permit from the Wildlife Refuge to cut the reeds (phragmites). Joe and Danna worked on Thursday and Friday to remove a large section opening up the area! The Refuge Manager will be in this week to inspect.
We'll go ahead and apply for another permit in 2026 so we can continue to keep the area cleared of reeds! ENJOY! Dear Homeowners ... Just a quick reminder that the $1000.00 Special Assessment for the Septic Remediation Project must be paid in full by October 1st to avoid any late fees. A copy of the payment form is attached for your convenience. If you signed up for ACH (automatic withdrawals) and confirmed those withdrawals with PMC, the Assessment payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated account on or around the 10th of the month. If you have not confirmed the withdrawal with Property Management, please contact them at 609-390-0300. Thank you in advance for your payment. OSC Board
The additional truckloads of stone are now scheduled to come into our facility on Monday and Tuesday of next week. As previously noted, spreading will continue on Birch, Ash, and along Beach and the remainder of Willow on Monday. We should be spreading on S. Spruce on Tuesday and potentially start Cedar. Parking areas around the Bathhouse will also be stoned.
If you are on any of the next blocks, please be sure to move your vehicles from along the edge of the road or if you plan to leave or run errands any time on Monday and Tuesday. Also please keep the parking areas on both sides of the Bathhouse clear. Thanks again for your cooperation and understanding. OSC Board Willow is looking good! Hemlock is almost done!
Three (3) more truckloads of stone are scheduled for Thursday. Spreading will continue on Birch, Ash, and along Beach and Willow. If you are on any of the next blocks, please be sure to move your vehicles from along the edge of the road and if you are planning to leave or run errands at any time on Thursday. Thanks again for your cooperation. OSC Board Dear Homeowners ...
Sorry for the short notice, but we will start re-stoning a portion of our roads starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 23rd ... beginning on Willow, followed by Hemlock and then Birch. We don't know how far we'll get each day. We currently have 3 truckloads scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. If you are parked on Willow on Tuesday and expect to go out during the day, we suggest moving your vehicle to one of the spots outside the bathhouse. The same holds true for the other streets in that part of the community as the next week or two progresses. Thank you in advance for your patience. OSC Board Dear Homeowners ...
Just a heads up ... We have a Tree Service coming in this week to trim dead branches out of the trees around the entrance and playground area. Those are the trees you see marked with pink ribbons. They will also be removing several dead and/or diseased trees in the community -- 2 at Lot 409 and 1 across from Lot 711 -- marked with yellow ribbons. We also have 3 dead trees marked along the access road that the Wildlife Refuge has given us permission to drop into the woods. These may or may not be handled at the same time so there could be short periods when the access road is blocked. Please be patient. The work is currently scheduled to start tomorrow, Wednesday, September 10th ... but is weather dependent and could be rescheduled due to the rain predicted tomorrow morning. We will keep you posted. If you normally park your car or truck at any of these locations, you may want to park elsewhere while the work is taking place. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. OSC Board |
