Join your friends and neighbors for a game of Left, Center, Right on Sunday, September 3rd at 6:30/7:00pm in the Log Cabin Community Center. It's a dice game that is very easy to learn. All you need is at least 3 - $1.00 bills (but bring whatever you have to help people who need change). Depending on the amount of people that come, we will have one big game or break into groups. It's a lot of fun and you can win some cash. All are welcome. BYOB and snacks. IF YOU HAVE THE GAME, PLEASE BRING IT!!!!  A very special "Thank You" to the Melissa and Pete Carfagno and their family and friends for an entertaining Halloween event. From Trick-or-Treating around the pool, to the hayrides and scary characters roaming the grounds, the hot dogs, and music, it was a wonderful evening! Special thanks to our "grim reaper" tractor driver, Otto, and to Otto and Mike for decorating the tractor! And we can't forget the volunteers who picked up the hay, cooked the hot dogs, and supplied the music! Everyone made the evening a great success for all the children and grandchildren here at OSC this past Saturday! 👻🎃👀 Here are a few pictures from the evening ... Did you drop off a TV in front of the trash dumpsters around 9:40pm Saturday night? If so, please come back to retrieve it. It cannot be placed with household trash either INSIDE or OUTSIDE the DUMPSTERS. All TVs and large electronics must be taken to the CMCMUA (Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority ... cmcmua.com for hours) on Shunpike just a few miles away for recycling. Waste Management (our trash removal company) will not take the TV nor will they empty the dumpster if there is something in front of it. Homeowners are responsible for disposal. It is not the responsibility of the Association or our Maintenance staff. If the TV is in working order and you think someone in the community might be interested in it, please feel free to post it on one of the homeowner managed Facebook pages. 6:00pm -- Come to the pool with costumes ... and adults please bring some candy. Kids will parade around the pool. (Note the updated time.) Hot dogs will be served after the Costume Parade. Daytime hayride for the younger children ... followed by a nighttime hayride for the older children. Join us for some spooky fun! 👻🧙♀️ ... for hosting a GREAT "Day at the Races" on Saturday night! We had a great turnout and it looked liked everyone really enjoyed themselves ... especially the jockeys. Here are a few pictures from the night. Due to the delay in mailing Middle Township 2023 Final/2024 Preliminary Tax Bills, the Grace Period for the 3rd Quarter Taxes ONLY has been extended until Thursday, August 31, 2023.
Payments received after August 31, 2023 will accrue interest from the original Due Date of August 1, 2023. Didn't receive your tax bill? You can find the amount you owe by doing a Property Tax Inquiry on the Township's website. See link below. You can also pay your taxes online on their website. Note: Middle Township does have a Drop Box in front of Town Hall at 33 Mechanic Street, Cape May Court House for check payments. The Annual Membership Meeting for Old Stagecoach has been scheduled for Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 10:00am. It will be held at the Log Cabin Community Center. In addition to the in-person meeting, we are providing information for a Zoom call to allow homeowners not onsite that Saturday to attend the meeting. Listed below this letter is specific information for accessing the Zoom call. PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a computer to join the call. In addition to accessing the Zoom call via your computer, the meeting can also be accessed from your phone by simply calling one of the numbers provided and following the prompts to enter the meeting id and passcode provided.
