Please ... only one copy per household or lot. Electronic copies of all the documents are also attached below for your reference. 
Dear Homeowners ... The pool will be closed from 10:00am until 11:30am / 12:00noon (or when the Annual Meeting ends) tomorrow. This is especially important if the weather holds and we're able to meet outside. We want to keep noise levels down so we can hear each other.
Thanks in advance for your understanding. Sometime in September, Caleco, the vendor for our laundry equipment, will be making a change to how you pay to use the washers and dryers. They will be converting the existing equipment to a new system that will allow payment via credit/debit cards and a mobile app in addition to laundry cards. The existing laundry cards and card machine will also be replaced with newer technology. So what happens if you have a balance on your current laundry card? Caleco will give everyone an opportunity to move those dollars to a new card or obtain a refund. More details to come on exactly how that process will work. They will also provide us with a supply of new cards to distribute to our homeowners free of charge. In the meantime, you may not want to keep a large balance on your laundry card.
As soon as we have a firm date for the conversion, we will let you know. Dear OSC Homeowners -- The Annual Meeting is still on schedule for Saturday, August 28th at 10:00am. However, due to the increased spread of Covid, we will be holding the meeting outside the Log Cabin ... weather permitting. (Masks are encouraged if you are sitting in close proximity to someone outside your normal family or social group.) The extended forecast is calling for a cloudy day with a chance of isolated thunderstorms. If the forecast changes to all rain or we wake up to rain on Saturday morning, we will hold a completely virtual meeting via Zoom with handouts available for pick-up prior to the meeting at the Log Cabin. Handouts will also be available to everyone to view Saturday morning on both our Facebook page and our website. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Board of Trustees  We need to shock the pool this evening and leave enough time for the chlorine levels to come down overnight. Therefore, we will be closing at 6:00pm tonight instead of 7:30pm.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation. Due to the extreme heat that we've been experiencing the last few days, the pool will remain open until 10:00pm tonight to give everyone another way to cool off. Just a few things ... NO GLASS BOTTLES anywhere inside the pool fence. (There were a lot in the recycling bins emptied from the pool today.) And, PLEASE NO SWIMMING ALONE. Also, please keep tabs on anyone (children and adults) swimming after dark.
If anyone has additional spotlights that can be used around the deep end of the pool, please bring them. Just be sure that any extension cords are out of the way to prevent a tripping hazard. If anyone remembers how and where the additional lights were placed in the past, please stop by to lend a hand. STAY SAFE and ENJOY! |
