Due to unforeseen circumstances with our host, we regretfully have to cancel Night at the Races scheduled for Saturday evening, August 16th this year. We'll pick up again next year at OSC Downs!
OSC Events Committee Dear Homeowners ...
We really hate to report issues within our community but, in an effort to be transparent, we felt everyone should be aware. Maintenance walked into some disarray in the Men's Bathroom this past Sunday morning. One of the shower curtain rods was on the ground and there were quite a few black marks on the ceiling that weren't there the previous day. We're unsure how they got there. If you are aware of any issues that may have occurred over the weekend in the Bathhouse, please email the Board at [email protected]. And please keep in mind that accidents do happen and if a shower curtain does come loose and fall off the bracket and you are unable to re-secure it, you can always report the issue to Property Management at 609-390-0300 who in turn will notify a Board member or Maintenance. This is true for any issues you may encounter in our Bathhouse, Laundry Room, Log Cabin, Game Room, Pool, or any other location within our community. We'd like to ask everyone to please remind family and friends to be respectful of Association property (it belongs to all of us) and that purposeful damage to our facilities is not acceptable behavior and does add to your costs. Thank you in advance for making OSC a great place to be! Sincerely, OSC Board Weather permitting, the Cape May County Department of Mosquito Control will be treating areas of Cape May County as part of its effort to control adult mosquitoes.
