Dear Homeowners ... Unfortunately our chlorine level is extremely low and we need to shock the pool immediately. As a result, the pool will be closed the remainder of the day.
The pool will reopen at 10:00am tomorrow (Thursday) morning. Our apologies for the inconvenience. Dear Homeowners ... Our Annual Condo Association Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 17th at 10:00am at the Log Cabin. The Board will be providing updates on this year's activities as well as plans for the future. Since no homeowners submitted their names for nomination to the Board, the current Board members are running unopposed and an election is not required. Attached is a copy of the letter recently mailed and the link to the Zoom call if you aren't able to attend in person. Dear Homeowners ... You recently received (or should have received) a mailing which included a letter explaining what a Homeowners' Association is and the importance of obtaining approval for any changes to the outside of your property. Thanks to our Activities Committee and the generosity of several homeowners ... we've had entertainment the last few weekends in July. A special "THANK YOU" to all of our entertainers ... LJ Hall on July 5th ... Zumba with Susan Zitter and our Magician on July 6th ... Radio Fiction on July 13th ... and DJ Jimmy on July 20th. Here are a few pictures from the events ... (Sorry ... we don't have any pics of the Zumba Class or DJ Jimmy.) Our next event is scheduled for Saturday, August 10th with Radio Fiction performing outside the Log Cabin. The Game Room was re-opened a few days ago. One of the broken machines was removed and some others were repaired by the vendor. There are still several machines that are "out of order" and the vendor is searching for parts. At this time, we have no ETA for the additional repairs or if the games can be replaced with working units.
Thanks for your understanding. Come join your OSC friends and neighbors as DJ Jimmy spins some awesome tunes from 7:00 to 11:00pm at the Log Cabin Community Center. Bring your own beverages and snacks … and enjoy the music and good company! All are welcome! Volunteers will be needed to set up tables and chairs before the music starts … and to clean up afterwards.  This key was found on the grounds. If it's yours, please email the Board at [email protected] and we'll make arrangements to get it to you. At this time, we do not have an ETA for re-opening. We will keep everyone posted.
Due to the thunder and lightning and heavy rain this morning, only a portion of the trash and recycling was picked up today. It has continued to rain heavily so the remaining trash/recycling has not been picked up.
Maintenance will be in tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up anything remaining ... weather permitting. Our apologies for any inconvenience. SATURDAY, JULY 13th ...
