The Events Committee has a day of fun planned for Saturday, July 4th at the Log Cabin beginning at 1:00pm. Big news, everyone! This year’s 4th of July party is happening at The Cabin and we’ve got an amazing lineup planned for the whole family, so clear your schedules and get ready to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday. Come out for the food, hang out for the huge sports-themed inflatable games for the kids (and competitive adults)! 50/50 Cash Raffle: Try your luck! Tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. After-Dark Beats: Stick around because the DJ starts dropping tracks at 7:00 PM! Bring your festive spirit, and your appetite. Let's make this an unforgettable Independence Day! RED, WHITE, AND FOOD! Our 4th of July Kick-Off Celebration at the cabin is just around the corner, and we need your delicious help to complete the feast! We are firing up the grill for hot dogs, but a true summer celebration isn't complete without the ultimate sides and sweets. We are looking for a few awesome volunteers to bring along some refreshing salads and mouth-watering treats! THE DETAILS: When: July 4th, 1:00 PM Sharp! Where: The Cabin WHAT WE NEED: Fresh Cold Salads: Think potato salad, pasta salad, coleslaw, or your own signature chilled green/fruit salad! (Please keep them cool and covered!) Dear Homeowners ...
Our Maintenance personnel reported some disgusting behavior that occurred today and Monday in the Women's Bathroom. Not only did someone not flush the toilet after a bowel movement, they threw the toilet paper they used to wipe themselves on the floor. And also left a large pile of spit on the floor in front of the toilet! An occasional unflushed toilet happens ... but used toilet paper and spit on the floor is simply not acceptable. Our Maintenance crew does a tremendous job keeping our community looking beautiful ... but they should not have to do this type of cleanup. Please remember that the Bathhouse belongs to all of us at Old Stagecoach and it should be treated as you would treat a bathroom in your own home. If a child requires help, go with them into the bathroom. If an adult is not feeling well, you may want to accompany them as well to make sure they are ok. Dear Old Stagecoach Homeowners: Per our current Bylaws, all five (5) members of the Board of Trustees shall be elected at each annual meeting. In other words, the current term is 1 year. As a result, we are required to call for nominations to the Board each year, including nomination forms from current members of the Board of Trustees who wish to continue in their role. That being said, several of your current Board members have already served for a number of years … and we would like to see some new blood with new ideas join us on the Board. If you are interested in having your name on the election ballot to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees or if you wish to fill an Alternate slot, please take time to fill out the enclosed nomination form and return it to PMC no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Please note that we are a “working” Board. We meet every 2 to 3 weeks in the evening for 1 1/2 to 2 hours via a Zoom call. We keep each other abreast of the issues/activities at OSC and decide on next steps to solve a problem or take action on a project. Outside the meetings, various members of our team take on projects, handle emergencies, reach out to homeowners with questions, and work with PMC or our lawyer on Association matters and issues just to name a few. In the fall, we begin the budgeting process and develop a project plan for the upcoming year. And there are days when your time at OSC isn’t yours as you deal with issues or projects. If you are interested in finding out about the Board and how OSC operates but you’re not ready to take on the role of a full Board member, you may want to consider joining our meetings as an Alternate. As an Alternate, you cannot vote on issues, but you can participate in discussions and provide your opinion as you ready yourself to step into the role of a full Board member if that’s your goal. Dear Homeowners, We are still in need of volunteers to close the pool at 7:00pm especially during the week. As of today, we only have Mondays and Wednesdays covered! At the end of the day, we need the pool water tested/results recorded (simple test strip), the umbrellas closed, toys removed from the pool and placed in the bucket near the gate, and the skimmers checked/emptied. It is very easy to do! If you are able to volunteer for one day a week or even for a couple weeks during the summer, we would appreciate it!!!
