Sorry for the late notice ... but we are unable to pick up trash and recycling today (Friday, May 31). We will pick up both tomorrow, Saturday, June 1.

Work will begin early Sunday morning to determine the source of the water leak and hopefully get it repaired quickly.
Text messages will be sent prior to turning off the water. OSC Board For those that were noticing low water pressure during the day today ... an underground water leak just bubbled its way to the surface at 1204. Because of the severity of leak, we will have to turn the water off at some point this weekend. We cannot hold off until Tuesday.
We'll keep you posted and for those on our messaging list, you'll receive a text when we are ready to turn the water off. Our apologies for the inconvenience. A tremendous amount of mail has accumulated from the fall and winter in the Laundry Room Mail Bin. We've culled out the advertisements and duplicate bills from Xfinity/Comcast, but there are other bills, insurance forms, jury duty notices, and what look to be "official" documents for many of our homeowners. When you're down, please take a moment to look for anything that might belong to you. We will be disposing of anything not claimed shortly after Memorial Day. And, if anything official is being sent to your Old Stagecoach address, please reach out to the business or government office and have your mail re-directed to your primary home or a PO Box. We need someone (or several individuals) to pickup mail from the OSC mailbox on Stagecoach Road and place it in the Mail Bin in the Laundry Room ... daily or at least every other day. You do not need to deliver mail to any homeowners. But if you see a package or important piece of mail, you are welcome to do so. We're getting ready to open the pool for the season, but we're still in desperate need of volunteers to close the pool around 7:00pm each evening. We only have a few homeowners who have stepped up. On weekdays, the volunteer would take any toys out of the pool, check the skimmers for wayward toys or large debris, close the umbrellas, toss out any food wrappers or beverage containers, put any items left on the pool deck into "lost and found", and, most importantly, ensure that all 3 gates are locked for the evening. On weekends, we'd also like you to dip a test strip into the pool water and record the results in the log book. ARE YOU WILLING TO HELP OUT?
