Attached are the minutes and presentation from the open Board Meeting relative to purchasing a tractor/loader for Old Stagecoach that took place via Zoom on Wednesday, April 26th. If you have any questions about the meeting or the presentation, please email the Board at [email protected]
The walls have been painted ... and the Laundry Room will be open for the weekend. It will be closed again next week to paint the floor.
Thanks again for your patience with this project. Dear Homeowners ... The Laundry Room will be closed for a few days beginning later this morning to freshen it up with a new coat of paint.
Our apologies for any inconvenience. Dear Homeowners ... You should be receiving our Spring update letter in the mail this week. In addition to the letter, the packet contains the Cape May County Recycling flyer, Upcoming Events flyer, and a copy of our Rules and Regulations. The "Coffee with the Board" flyer and Leaf Cleanup Guidelines are also included and they've been previously posted. We're happy to see Old Stagecoach waking up for Spring!
Did you know that one small change to "Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle" can make a difference? You'll save natural resources, energy and money, you'll reduce waste sent to landfills, and reduce your carbon footprint. You don't have to change everything you do all at once ... but consider changing one thing today to help save our planet!
Your Quarterly Tax Payment is also due on May 1st! Dear Homeowners – Just wanted to send a quick reminder that your Association Dues must be paid in full by May 1st to avoid a $50.00 late fee this year. If you have an issue with the making the payment date, you must contact the Board via their email [email protected] or call Property Management Consultants at 609-390-0300 prior to May 1st. Thank you to those homeowners who have already made their payment! A copy of the payment stub is attached for your convenience.
Mark your calendars for “Coffee with the Board” on Sunday, May 7th at 10:00am in the Log Cabin. We’ll have coffee and some breakfast snacks as we host an informal session to kick-off the season. Just like last year, we’ll give you a status update and provide you with a forum to ask questions and share your ideas. And we’re always looking for volunteers to help with our committees!
Hope to see you there! Dear Homeowners ... We just wanted to send a quick reminder that Monday, May 1st is the deadline for placing leaves curbside this year. After that date, all leaves must be bagged. Maintenance will not be bringing out the leaf vac to pick up leaves from one or two locations. Letters will also be mailed to homeowners that have not cleared their lots. The Board will then assign someone to clear your lot and the homeowner will be required to pay the cost of the cleanup. And, PLEASE … if you know a neighbor that needs help clearing their leaves, please lend a helping hand.
A copy of this year's Leaf Cleanup Guidelines is attached. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We’re looking again this year to hire a high school or college student in our OSC community that might be interested in vacuuming and testing the pool and cleaning/straightening the pool deck in the morning (mainly on weekends) 8:00am to 10:00am. Yes … this is a paid position ($15.00/hour). There will be additional duties such as watering the plants, checking/opening the game room, and possibly checking/refilling the paper towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms. (You will not be expected to clean the bathrooms.)
Please email the Board at [email protected] if you have an interested student. PS – Our Pool Committee is also looking for adult volunteers to close the pool in the evening. |
