Dear Homeowners ... The Fire Marshall contacted us and the no campfire ban will be lifted at 12:00noon today. We'll try to have someone remove the sign from the entrance road later today ... but just in case it isn't, we wanted to let you know that you can have a fire this evening.
Enjoy! Unfortunately the water is still off. Just spoke to Maintenance and they are hopeful that the water will be on later this afternoon.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience. This was a tough one to find and fix. Once we have more information, we will post another update. The Fire Marshall just called to say "No Campfires until further notice" due to the high winds. Maintenance will be putting up the sign on the entrance road. We will be notified by the Fire Marshall when the ban is lifted.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation. We're sorry to report that the water will NOT be on for the remainder of the day and tonight. Maintenance has worked on this single issue from 9:30am to 5:00pm today without much success. Work will continue in the morning and we are hopeful that the water will be on by mid-day tomorrow.

Please note that if your leaves are not cleared by that date, you will be billed for the cost of the cleanup per the rates in the previously mailed "Leaf Cleanup Guidelines" and also attached here. Thank you to all the homeowners who have already cleared their leaves. And, thank you in advance for your cooperation.  We accomplished quite a bit ... and saved Mike many days of work! THANK YOU!
