Dear Homeowners ...
Our vendor, CALECO, was in this week to connect and start-up our machines. They do have to make some minor repairs to a connector and dial, but looks like we are good to go. If you have any issues with either the washers or the dryers, please contact CALECO directly. Their number should be posted in the Laundry Room. We do not do any maintenance their equipment ... just the room itself. Happy Washing and Drying! OSC Board Dear Homeowners ...
We are happy to report that the water is officially on for the 2025 season. Please report any leaks promptly to Property Management at 609-390-0300. Sincerely, OSC Board Dear Homeowners ...
We have our external vendor in today to service and start-up our water filters for the season. Water may be on PERIODICALLY later today and over the next few days as Maintenance bleeds air out of the lines and looks for leaks in the risers. They will also be looking for any underground leaks that may take several days to appear. Please note that water may be on and off the next few days as we complete the start-up process. We will not be sending text messages for those outages. Maintenance will simply be shutting the water off on an as-needed basis. And if a serious leak is identified, the water may be turned off for the evening so the repair can be completed the next day. If you see a puddle, unusually wet ground, or notice a riser leaking, please contact Property Management at 609-390-0300 as soon as possible. (They have 24-hr phone coverage with their after hours emergency number.) They in turn will relay the message to the Board and/or Maintenance. We will post an additional update when the water is officially turned on for the season. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. OSC Board Dear Homeowners, Our Maintenance Staff will be starting tomorrow, Monday, March 10th, and their first order of business will be clearing leaves from our Community. As you rake or blow your own leaves to the "curb" over the next 2 months, please be sure to review the attached Leaf Cleanup Guidelines. Take care not to rake too many rocks or shells in with your leaves and remove any branches. (Branches should be piled separately.) All of these can severely damage our vacuum hose. If you choose to bag your leaves, please use paper (not plastic) bags. Sunday, May 4th is the last day to place leaves "curbside" this year. We will be offering Leaf Cleanup Services through our Maintenance Staff again this year. Prices range from $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the size of your lot. See attached flyer for details. Requests must be made to the Board email account ([email protected]) no later than April 15th. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. OSC Board
