As of noon today, the gate will be open for the season ... not just weekends. Per Township guidelines, we are allowed to open and utilize our community beginning on March 1st each year. Please bear in mind that water will not be available to individual homes until the end of March. The bathhouse is available for your use 24 hrs a day/7 days a week. NO CAMPFIRES ... Please note that you cannot have any campfires while the water is off. Not only are here are MANY dried leaves throughout our community, but Cape May County is still experiencing a severe drought and we will need to obtain approval from the Fire Marshall for campfires even after the water is turned on for the season. Your second payment is due on Saturday, March 1st. 🙂 A copy of the OSC dues invoice is attached for your reference. Note: Full payment is due on or before May 1 this year to avoid late fees. Dear Homeowners, Middle Township has ended their contract with Gold Medal Recycling and contracted with a new company (Pinelands Construction & Recycling) as of January 1, 2025. As a result, we have 2 new recycling dumpsters in our Maintenance Yard. They are GREEN and smaller than the trash dumpsters (instead of the red recycling dumpsters you were used to seeing from Gold Medal). And we have 2 red recycling dumpsters that OSC owns. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN BRINGING TRASH AND RECYCLING UP TO THE MAINTENANCE AREA. PLEASE DO NOT INADVERTENTLY PUT YOUR TRASH IN THE SMALLER GREEN RECYCLING DUMPSTERS! NOTE: Please do not place your recycling in plastic bags. Pinelands has been very clear in their notices that recycling must be loose in the containers. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.  *** UPDATE *** POWER and INTERNET/CABLE has been restored as of 7:12pm
The power (including Xfinity/Comcast cable services) is currently out at Old Stagecoach. Atlantic City Electric anticipates that repairs will be completed by 9:00pm. If we receive any additional information, we will update the post. |
