Just a quick reminder ... If you're using the payment plan for your Association Dues, your first payment is due on February 1st. Your quarterly tax payment to Middle Township is also due on February 1st. Remember, if you signed up for ACH monthly payments last year and would like to continue having your dues automatically withdrawn from your bank account, please reach out to PMC via [email protected] or 609-390-0300 to confirm that you would like to continue using ACH. You do not need to fill out new form. ACH payments will be withdrawn from bank accounts on February 10th. Note: Full payment is due on or before May 1 this year to avoid late fees ... A copy of the OSC dues invoice is attached for your convenience. Thanks in advance for your payment.
Dear Homeowners ... This week, you will be receiving the following in the mail ... a letter explaining the dues structure for 2025, a summary of the expenditures for 2024 and the 2025 budget, payment stubs, and a contact update form. The letter will also explain the assessment that will be collected later in the year for the septic remediation project. As always, please feel free to reach out to the Board via their email address -- [email protected] -- if you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely, OSC Board
THANK YOU OTTO FOR GETTING THE SNOW OFF OUR ROADS. Otto finished clearing the Access Road and Main Street. He was able to clear most of the side roads as well with the tractor! Please remember to use caution if you decide to drive down to check your home. The roads will be slippery with melting and refreezing occurring. OSC LOOKS QUITE BEAUTIFUL COVERED IN SNOW! Otto will be working to clear the remaining snow from Main Street and the access road today. Dear Homeowners,
As you know, Cape May County and our little community is expected to get the most snow from this storm. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TRAVELING DOWN TO OSC TODAY OR TOMORROW to check on your property. With the possibility of 10" of snow, we will need time to clear the Access Road and the paved portion of Main Street. NOTE: We do not plow the stoned side roads! (It would severely damage them.) You will need a 4-wheel drive (or AWD) high vehicle to drive on the side roads if we get the full 10 inches. It will also be difficult to discern the road from someone's property! We will provide additional updates later today and tomorrow. Winter Security will be keeping an eye on things ... and the Board will be monitoring the Security Cameras. Sincerely, OSC Board |
