Dear OSC Homeowners ... Yes, it is snowing at OSC ... and, as you can see, it looks quite picturesque! As of this now, we are not expecting to see a significant accumulation and currently have no plans to plow the access road. Should you decide to come down to check your site over the weekend, please exercise caution on the access road and the roads throughout our community. The speed bumps in particular may be slippery since the surface is painted. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Board via their email ([email protected]). Dear OSC Homeowners ... Attached please find the letter and documents included in our January mailing to all OSC homeowners this week. We are happy to report that dues were not increased for this season. Included in the mailing is a summary of our expenses for 2023 (estimated) and our budget for 2024, payments stubs if paying by check, and an ACH form for automatic withdrawals (if you haven't already signed up). We're also asking EVERYONE to complete a new CONTACT FORM as we are finding that names, phone numbers, and email addresses are incorrect for a number of our homeowners. And we've also included a reminder (with the inclusion of another blank ballot) to vote on the amendment to make Lot 108 a Common Element if you haven't already done so.
