Just a quick reminder that your quarterly tax payment to Middle Township is due next week on Wednesday, February 1st. And, if you're using the payment plan for your Association Dues, your first payment is also due on February 1st. 🙂 A copy of the OSC dues invoice is attached for your reference. Note: Full payment is due on or before May 1 this year to avoid late fees. Thanks in advance for making your payment.
Dear Homeowners ...
It's recently come to our attention that AC Electric may have turned off the breaker in your electric pedestal when they replaced your meter this past fall. If you have anything in your trailer that you expected to be on during the winter months, you may want to come down and check. Or ... when you open for the season, if your electric isn't on and you don't normally turn it off at the pedestal, you may want to check to check the breaker in the pedestal. Our apologies for any inconvenience ... Dear OSC Homeowners ... Attached are documents from the Board included in our January mailing to all OSC homeowners this week. Yes, there is a dues increase again this year, but please take a few moments to read the attached letter to understand the "why". The Board spent many hours reviewing our current expenses, understanding what our community needs are for 2023, and estimating our future expenses. If you have any questions or concerns, please email the Board directly at [email protected] or contact Property Management Consultants at 609-390-0300 or [email protected] Sincerely, OSC Board of Trustees
Dear Homeowners ... Someone has removed the lock from our winter gate. We don't know if it was a homeowner or a contractor or a vendor doing work at OSC ... we just know it's missing.
If you accidently put the lock in your vehicle, please return it. If you had a contractor or vendor on site, please check with them. If the lock is not returned, a new lock will be placed on the gate tomorrow evening. Last month, the "emergency" key was removed from the lock box on the gate and not returned ... this month, the lock itself. Both are important to keep our community safe and free of trespassers in the winter months. The "emergency" key is used by the local police and EMS personnel during the off-season should an emergency arise in our community and no one is able to unlock the gate. And, the locked gate during the week keeps out prying eyes and sticky fingers! Thanks in advance for your cooperation. |
