Dear Homeowners – The weather forecast for Saturday morning is currently showing a 60% chance of rain. We’ll make a decision no later than 8:00am (based on current conditions and the forecast) on whether or not to have an in-person meeting … or simply move the meeting as whole to the Zoom call.  Please check back in the morning for a final determination.
